New Pool, New Problems. Orange plastic?

I have a new pool and not sure what type of finish it is. It is much harder than the plaster pool I had before. Is this just sealed concrete? The bottom appears to be pebbleTec. Anyway, I’m draining the pool for pump replacement purposes and wondering if I should acid wash or pressure wash this material.
Also, the plaster like substance has worn out to reveal orange plastic liner of some sort. Any advice to patch? How do I match the color, or find plaster patch in any shade of brown?

So far I’m disappointed as the acid washing I’ve done has really removed a lot of the limited brown color that remains below the water line. The pressure washing I’ve done has also removed brown color.
I’ve pulled out what I can of the orange plastic liner and plan to try and seal it with rubber spray...maybe try and spray paint it brown.
