New Pool Install - Pump Orientation

Hey guys. I'm still very new around here, but wanted to reach out for some opinions. Basically my pool is still in construction. the equipment was set down a few weeks ago by the plumbers. I took a look at it and it seems like they put my pump in a very inconvenient orientation? So it appears to be a variable speed pump, with the door on top to reveal a control panel. The problem is, that the way it's set up, I'll have to control this from upside down. I don't know how big of an issue this will be. I assume I'll rarely have to adjust the pump it self and once its set then the mechanical timer will take care of the rest? Any insight would be great. I've linked to some images so you can see what I mean.

The keypad on top of motor can be turned in all four directions or they can install a keypad relocation kit and put it anywhere that is suitable to you
