New pool in Southern IN

Just wanted to make an official first post of what I'm sure will be many more. Our fiberglass pool install (disaster) started last September and sort of finished in January. We just had the pool opened at the end of March and have been learning something new daily since.

We have quite a few small pool issues I need to figure out and a few larger construction related issues regarding the pool deck and other things. I hope this forum will be helpful because our pool builder turned out to be the COMPLETE opposite.

Thanks, for the reply! I hope I can get some help solving some of them here. As for the install, basically I think the builder's personal life went down the drain during our process and he took on way too many new jobs; then he just let everything else go.
