New pool heater

I have a Jandy LX1400N pool heater almost brand new the heater will not ignite it has power going to it and gas. When I turn it on it just says check flow but water seams to be flowing through it fine. When I take the panel off there is a blinking light on the electrical panel inside. What does the blinking light mean?

Do you have a Variable Speed pump? If on low speed it may not be sufficient flow so up the speed.
Also there is a pressure switch which could be faulty.

Is it piped with the in out in the right direction coming from the pump.
