The only other thing I would add in addition to moving the first CV to the left as pointed out by Allen. You would be better off putting a 3 way valve at the "tee" where each bypass starts. This way you could block flow to the heater and open flow to the bypass.Is this more ideal? I appreciate the patience; I'm actually doing this myself. I like to learn and play with new software
Using the 2 way valve does work but it allows some flow (although minor) to continue to the heater unless the heater is fully disconnected and the end is plugged. The main issue I would see if you had a leak in the heater or at the union inlet to the heater - it is not isolated using the bypass with a 2 way valve as you have it drawn. It would still leak unless you disconnected the inlet and plugged the pipe.

I am still confused as to why 2 spa air blowers unless each is dedicated to the different jet plumbing.
