New pool. Bubbles in some return jets?

This is a somewhat new pool installation (March of 2020) and I've had a some issues here and there so I'm starting to get a little anxious when I notice things. I've recently noticed some bubbles coming out of the jets. When I researched it, I read horror stories about leaking pipes and other issues that could be a contributor. They've already had to fix two above ground couplings that were leaking near the equipment.

Here's a video showing what's going on. Is this a concern and if so, what should I be doing to diagnose the issue?

Are the bubbles out of the returns when the SWCG is operating? The SWCG creates chlorine and hydrogen gas. The chlorine dissipates in the water immediately but the hydrogen gas exits the returns as bubbles.
