We are in the east bay area of Northern California. Belong to a gym that has a couple large pools, and can't swim because of Covid.
Have wanted a pool to entertain friends, enjoy our young adult kids and their friends, and use for exercise (laps and water sports).
Huge flat yard with plenty of space. Thought of DIY as GC and sub out each part of the construction, but not sure.
