New again hot tub owner

Hi, all. Sold our house over 20 years ago and our hot tub went with it. We just got around to getting one for this home. Things have changed. As I’ve gotten older, the steps weren’t tall enough, so we built our own. We had a “little” issue with our new spa and we’re on our 3rd fill in 3 months. But I think we got it this time, purged with ahh-some, ignored what vendors told us and read the blogs! Good thing we’re retired!
