I have a Hayward Tigershark which is very similar to a Maytronics Dolphin.
I have a problem with the cord connector that plugs into the 24DC power supply. This connector is an Maytronics 5000009 or Amphenol T3108. I am able to remove the strain relief and associated hardware from the backside of the connector but cannot remove the threaded fitting on the front side that interfaces to the power supply.
It appears a need a 1.5mm hex to release this part but it is worn and I can find where to insert the tool.
