Need help identifying this flush mount fitting

Just realized I'm missing a couple of these fittings. Not sure who makes them, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

The outside ring with the notches is about 1 3/4" in diameter.

The ball opening is about 1 1/8" on one side and 1 3/8" on the other side.

Are those metal eyeball trims? If so they are hard to find nowadays. What holds them on threads or a notch setting

THanks for the reply. They are plastic and the eyeball goes in the wall fitting and the trim ring screws in and holds it on.

Concrete pool? What's left on wall when removed just a threaded pipe?
