Recently switched to salt water chlorination pool and after 4 days of not using the pool greenish/dark clumps appear which become a green cloud when you brush them. There is also some green spots on the walls. Free chlorine and PH levels are good. Could this be mustard algae?

Welcome to TFP.

You need to follow our SLAM Process if you can with the test kits and chemicals you have available. Once you have completed SLAMing your pool in the standard way, then you raise the FC level up to the extra high mustard algae shock level for 24 hours.
