I just put my chlorine in. My ph was 110. I need it to come down to 70. I need to add muriatic acid. How long should i wait after putting in chlorine to put in muriatic acid? I have ph down. Its dry. I need to mix 24 oz in a bucket of water.

There's nothing inherently wrong with 110 TA unless you have high CH and are in imminent danger of Calcium Scale. If the pH needs adjusting, then go ahead and add the acid, fifteen minutes or so after the chlorine. If pH is in range, just wait. The TA won't hurt anything and when you do need to lower pH you'll also lower TA some.
No. Your TA is high enough that aeration should raise it just fine. If you want to raise it chemically for swimmers, only target 7.2 or 7.3 and let their splashing do the rest.
