Mosoon rains causing cloudy water to super shock or not

14×42 above ground pool. We have summer monsoons here in tucson. Well up until now the water has been clear and balanced.
It rained last night the cover blew off now the water is extremely cloudy

Rain isn't the cause of cloudiness in the water in a properly chlorinated pool but rather a chemical imbalance causeing the beginning of an algae outbreak. Normally the solution for that is to follow the SLAM process

With a pool that size however, you may be able to drain and refill though depending on your water expense.
