Mastertemp 400 won't heat

Are you sure that wiring touching the heating chamber aren't shorting by being heated and melting the insulation away leaving bare wire. Also are you sure HL and LL wires weren't mixed up or for that matter any other wiring....just a thought.
 
Thanks. The wiring looks fine, a little dusty, but intact with no bare wire showing. I was pretty cautious ensuring the wires were placed back correctly. In fact, the wiring for one wasn't long enough to connect it to the incorrect part.

If you rotate it 90 degrees, that will close the valve and force all of the water to go through the heater.

What is the flow rate that you use?
Not sure. It was at around 2600 rpm's. I bumped it up to 3100 last week on advice that could be the problem. Would you suggest adjusting the RPM's back down and rotating that valve?
