Marble Pool Deck Quote Help

New member, first-time posting... Thanks to everyone for all valuable information on this forum. It has helped tremendously as we work on our pool renovation.

I am located in San Diego, CA. We received a quote from our landscape contractor for installing FBR Marble - Solto White 3 cm 12" x 24" pool decking for $30 per sq foot (materials and labor total).

Does this sound reasonable in light of other quotes that others have received for marble pool decking? It's hard being a consumer with limited pricing information/transparency. Any responses related to the costs of marble pool decking would be greatly appreciated.

We are using a bluestone marble at $19/ft all in - Atlanta area

Is FBR marble a natural marble? Is it outdoor rated?

We are also looking at this material for our pool build in San Diego! Are you doing a dry-set or concrete base?
