Looking to learn from people with experience building and owning a pool. This is our first time experience with a pool. We are wanting to have pool put in during construction of our new home. Pool will have to be small due to size of lot. 12x20 with small spa at one end/corner. It will be across street from beach, on side of house with view of beach, no trees.

Welcome to TFP. I love the Mississippi gulf coast. Had many good times and good memories there in my younger years. I was devastated on what I saw after Hurricane Katrina. You must have beautiful view if on the coastline.
