LOUD FILTER RATTLE

Hi all,, great feeds!

I have ran I to an issue that I've never seen before: a LOUD FILTER RATTLE

Had pool 10+ yrs, we're pretty educated in pool info.

New this year: 2speed pump, filter (of course). No issues until 2 weeks ago. LOUD RATTLE on high speed. Never had this before.
I've flipped cartridge, checked air, checked cartridge again. Nothing. No leaks. No nothing. Seals fine. No clogs. Low speed, fine. High speed VERY BAD RATTLE.

I've done tape inside. Still rattles.
Anyone know what's up?

Hayward says "we are aware of this ....", says I'll be sent a new "element", I've received nothing.
What is this about a sock and tape together? WHY is this happening?????
