Hello everyone. newbie here. sorry if i am not doing this correctly.
here is my situation
DE Pool and losing power in my sidewall jets after a few minutes.
here is a scenario. i backwash the pool. no problem.
turn back to filter and turn the pump back on.
blows full power through the 2 jets in my pool.
after a couple of minutes i just lose all power and over time it basically is just a trickle.
i have had the lines cleared and checked for leaks.
no one seems to be able to fix my problem. any ideas? could it be the pump is bad?
thank you

Without water chemistry test results from a proper test kit, I doubt you know if you have a chemistry issue or not. Weekly service rarely has a clue about proper pool water chemistry.

Good luck.

Move your MPV to recirculate. If that flows without restriction, the restriction is the filter.

DE filters are THE BEST at filtering and that is your problem.. It is doing its job... If it is on recirculate and it continues to work normal then you have something in the water...
