Loose bead receiver

I am in process of replacing my inground liner. I think it is an Esther Williams pool. Free form. I noticed that the bead receiver (plastic) is “loose” in a few short sections. I am able to pull one end of these sections out a few cm from underneath the the coping (4” concrete).
How would I secure this before reinstalling new liner?

Hard to tell the style from that pic but usually its installed embedded in the concrete. If its surface mount you would have to screw it back into the wall. Can hide it by using wall foam
