Hey Everyone,
My pool deck has these pool cover anchors. I have never personally opened or closed the pool because the cover was removed by the builder prior to a remodel. The cover had not been removed for at least five years prior to that. There are a couple of the anchors that are not sitting flush with the concrete and I haven’t been able to figure out how to make them stay down. Most of the anchors I see online are threaded and screw into a housing but that doesn’t appear to be the case with these. There are some grooves which look like they should be engaged once twisted down in the housing, but the housing appears entirely smooth when I look down in them. Anyone have any advice on troubleshooting how to get these to stay all the way down flush?
