Hello just added liquid CYA to pool and now my pump is reading 25 psi meaning I need to backwash but the instructions say don’t backwash for 1 week what should I do??? Please help.

You can backwash without worry. That delay relates to powder (solid) CYA.
You will lose a tiny bit of all chemicals you've added lately (backwash volume divided by pool volume times total chemicals in pool), but with powdered CYA, the bulk of it could be caught in the filter and you could lose more. Liquid is already dissolved throughout the pool water.
