That seam isn't horrible it may lay out ok it's hard to say from here. I will say that liner shouldnt have been installed. It happens all the time but it drives me nuts to see all those rocks in the face of the vermiculite. They should be all tapped down or picked out and the wall foam should have been replaced. Personally I'm not a fan of guys that just do liners. They slap them in and get paid on to the next. Not sure if this is a PB or liner crew but they should know better. Hope it turns out ok in the end for you

I'm calming down about the seams. The rocks are bothering me. They're telling me "there's nothing we can do about that" and "you won't see them once we fill the pool with water".

Both of these comments feel like BS but I'm not sure how to dispute them from a technical perspective.

You may not see them depending on the sunlight and/or shade at any given moment. Turn on the lights at night and watch them glow like a neon pink sign.

Theres not much to be done now. This has to be dealt with pre liner install. I hate any rocks showing as they could poke through down the road if they are sharp. Vermiculite has no aggregate its consistent so when I see rocks like that it makes me wonder what's going on under there. The rocks sometimes seen in the floor are from installers feet or the sub base getting mixed in to the poolcrete

They're trucking in water in the morning. I guess I'll cross my fingers.
