These are my current numbers. Other than bringing CL up to SLAM level, do you see anything I should address before closing? I have about 10 days before I close. Pool is nice and clear.
FC - 7.5
CC - 0
PH - 7.75
TA - 85
CH - 200
CYA - 70
At first I was going to suggest maybe lowering the pH just a little, but after considering an estimated water temp of around 40 degrees for a few months, I think your current numbers will work just fine in cold water to prevent scale. So I'd say increase that FC and put her to bed.
One last thought ...... Looking closer at our Closing an In Ground Pool - Trouble Free Pool page, a slightly lower pH may not be such a bad idea after all since you won't be seeing it again for a while. It recommends 7.4-7.6.
