LaMotte 7022 FAS-DPD Powder #1 Replacement

I have the LaMotte 7022 Test Kit.

I am running out of the DPD Powder #1 used for the FAS-DPD Chlorine Test. I am having trouble finding replacement powder from LaMotte.

However it appears that Taylor makes a FAS-DPD test using a powder called R-0870. Can I used Taylor R-0870 as a replacement for LaMotte DPD Powder #1?

I contacted Lamotte a few months ago asking about purchasing replacement agents from them, they directed me to this site. You may have some luck with them.

Can I used Taylor R-0870 as a replacement for LaMotte DPD Powder #1?

I am guessing but not without some knowledge. I think it will work. I am confident enough that I would order it and give it a try. LaMotte is findable, I think, but not without some difficulty.

Where did you get your LaMotte 7022 kit?

You have to call and can't do it on line..
