I keep my test kits indoors -- however, the DPD seems to cake up some for the bottom third. Any way to avoid this?

Always make sure your scoop is dry when you put it in the powder.
Rinse off the scoop after using and dry.
Keep the kit indoors in a relatively dark area, away from sources of heat or humidity.
That's what I do, and my powder has always stayed dry LOL.

I also give it a strong shake after using it each to keep it "loose". Seems to help keep enough fines particles for each use.
I've started to store my powder in a tiny tupperware container with a few of those "do not eat" packets that you get when you buy new electronics.
