Jet Identification / Removal

Hi I have a concrete in-ground pool/spa. Recently some debris broke off from our filter manifold and got into, and is partially blocking, two of the spa jets. The issue I am having is that I have no idea how to remove the spa jets to let the debris pass. If possible I'd like some help in identifying or understanding how I can service the jets to get the debris out, or if there is another way. The jets seem to be Venturi style jets that sit recessed about 5" in a 1" PVC pipe. Any help is greatly appreciated.

You may have a setup like this where the jet is not removable...

Let's see if @RDspaguy has ideas.
