jandy True clear salt cell generator

Just had Pool company put in a new jandy true clear salt cell few days ago. Question : aren’t you supposed to be able to see water running thru the cell when it is on ?
Wanted to check before I call them since I really didn’t see any water flowing thru but will double check again .

It can be difficult to see water flowing if there is no air entrained. However, you should be able to see bubbles coming off the plates if the SWCG is generating.

I checked again today and I do see few bubbles off plate and SWCG shows chlorinating at the percentage it is set to .
