Jandy RS Battery Connection

My 9V backup battery came disconnected from my Jandy RS PCB, and I can't see how to reconnect it. There is a small screw on the top of the terminal where it should be connected, but it doesn't release the cover.

Does that section come off?

Do not loosen that screw. There should be a standard 9v connector wired to the board. If it isn't there, newer boards use a CR2032 button battery on the front of the board. If you don't have either, there are board repair companies, or live without. Only needed if board loses power. Even then you will only need to reset time and date.
