Hi, we bought a house with a pool/spa combo Aqualink. When I try to review existing programs or program a new one, I need to select the pool or spa to program or review. The manual says to use the "arrow" keys to select the equipment. Whether I press the left arrow or right arrow, they both say 'not programmable' and won't let me select either pool or spa. The pool is NOT in service mode and doesn't seem the have any lockouts running (although I really am unsure about what those are and how they work). Is there another setting or switch that anyone can think of that would let me select the equipment and review the programs? Thank you!

Welcome to TFP.

The Aqualink has a few different User Interfaces. Which one are you using?
  • iAqualink app
  • All Button Panel
  • One Touch Panel
  • PDA device

This sounds like you're using a All Button - but I could be wrong. If that's the case, when you're in Programming mode, you press the button corresponding to the equipment you're trying to program. The "not programmable" error appears when you try to push something that is NOT a piece of equipment. For example, if you wanted to program when the pump turns on, you would go into programming mode (Menu > Program) and then press the Filter Pump button.
