Jacuzzi heater won't turn off

Hello,
I'm new here and looking for help troubleshooting my 10-12 years old Jacuzzi 270.
The heater won't turn off after it reaches the required temperature. It only stops when the tub goes into watchdog mode (the three dashes"---"), way past the 104 maximum. If I reset the breaker it sometimes fixes the problem for a while, sometimes not.
I've confirmed with another thermometer that the temprature shown on the display is correct.
I've changed that heater about a year ago and it worked fine until now. Not sure if it's relevant, but I also changed the flow switch recently and the circ pump about 2 years ago.

Should I replace the temp sensor anyway even if the temp shown is correct? Or could this be a control board issue ?

This is a standalone jacuzzi j270. See picture. The heater I replaced last year is this one :

Sounds like a stuck heater relay on the circuit board. An electronics repair guy can replace the relays pretty cheap.

Or the one next to it. I'm not sure which is thermostat and which is high limit.

All right, late feedback, but the relay was indeed fried. I managed to get it fix for about 300 CAD.
