Is this spa jet removable

I have a 2006 Marquis Quest spa with a leak. I think it is leaking around a jet like this, but I can't figure out how to remove it. The outer ring just spins and doesn't unscrew. Is this jet removable? If not, are there any ways I can repair it?

It looks like I've figured it out. The cover plate just snaps off. I found this by turning a different jet like the one that leaks and it came off in my hand. I put a new bead of silicon around the jet so it is sealed to the spa body. I'm waiting for the silicon to cure and hopefully I'll be back in business.
