Is this mustard algae?

The only place I see any evidence of what I am assuming is mustard algae is on the inside of the wheels of the pool sweep. We have a dark pebble finish so I am thinking we will not see the algae there. I have brushed the pool and truthfully have not noticed any debris. I got the pH to 7.2ish and dumped all the chlorine I had in last night. Got the FC to 16ppm and tested this morning and it was down to 14ppm. Pool filter is on for the duration. Salt water pool with a cya of 80 so I believe I need to slam and get the FC level to 40ppm for mustard algae. Heading to get some chlorine once the store is open.IMG_20200712_063318.jpg

Correct. MA occurs on walls of the pool in shady areas.

Looks like grunge of some kind. Just brush / clean them off every week or two and all is good.
