Is this just Bleach?

I was looking up this chlorine on Pool Math and just want to make sure what I have. The label says Sodium Hypochlorite 12.5%.

In the Effects of Adding area In pool math, do I just consider that bleach and enter in the 12.5%?

Yup. It is bleach. Or chlorine. Or liquid pool shock.

Bleach is usually 6% or less sodium hypochlorite. Pool chlorine is usually 10-12.5%sodium hypochlorite. Make sure you put the right percentage of the product you are using.
