is it okay if my cya is a little low?

Every summer I find that I have to muriatic acid weekly in order to lower my ph from 8 to about 7.6. This year however I haven't had to add any. I suspect it's because my CYA is about 55 whereas normally it would be at 70? Is there any issue with this if all my other chem levels are okay? The chlorine/cya chart i found on this site says that 60 or less is not recommended. My swg is set to about 20%

You say 55 but we would round up to 60 anyway. While on the low end, you're high enough with less intensity from the sun to where it may be okay. Just monitor. If the FC struggles, then you can increase it.
