Iowa Vinyl Pool

Seems like a no-brainer to me to close it every night. Some places allow autocovers to replace fences per code - SMH. I’ve seen some people here with young kids who never leave the poolside with the cover open.

Oh wow. We are getting a fence as required by our city & insurance. I'm just happy to never have to roll up a solar cover on the big reel again. Oh the memories!

I talked to the water department today. Water rates are as follows:

per 100 cubic feet:

$2.30 up to 1,000 cf
$1.40 for next 4,000 cf
$0.92 for next 5,000 cf

He said city council might change the rating to just having one rate at $2.30 instead of tiered rating.

Got a new toy this week and relocated my tf test kit. It's a handy box! It's resting with the rest of the pool toys until needed.
