The dial is not turning. Looking through the motor check window, the gears aren't turning. My troubleshooting steps have been:
- Turn off breaker
- Pull out timer assembly.
- No jams were found and gears don't look stripped
- Replace assembly and turn breaker back on
- Gears now turning so I walk away
- Return hour later to find gears not turning again and the time never advanced
You did what I would've done by ordering a replacement motor. Hopefully that will resolve the problem.
