Install handrails in North Jersey

So the pool in the home we bought does not have a handrail by the steps to the shallow or into the spa. It is difficult for little kids and older family members to get in, so i would like to have a handrail installed. Anyone here know of a company or builder that can do this?

I would have to assume any pool construction company could do it. You could also DIY or hire a handyman to install one of these...

This one is installed on top of the deck, but they are really designed to be installed in the deck...
