I’m no PB, nor a patio dude. But I’d want to have the workers know about the patio coming. It should be able to be fixed but it’s gonna take some skill to get it just right and not wavy. I’d then be worried that the patio people tamp it further and create an inward bow. Maybe it can be discussed and done so that section is just good to go with no further work needed before the pour.

They are doing everything. No other people are coming in n they know about it. I'm going to let them do their job.

Awsome !!! Was worried about the ole ‘not my job’ coming into play with different crews. Phew.
It all one job. The only outsider was electrical and my PB lined him up because he does all their pools. And then my fence guy is a separate entity. He will not come in until grading is complete n the pool is handed over.

I’ll take something they can massage back into place any day of the week. A crack or chip would have ruined that perfect finish inside. Which, by the way, looks AMAZING!!! I don’t even like gray. But I like *that* gray. :ROFLMAO:

Spoke with my PB and he said the bow is from sitting in the yard. He noticed it too n he said he has one more adjustment to make on the splash pad and he'll get that wall straight with the gravel base. I told him that I absolutely love it and I've had several neighbors stop by, take pics and tell me how beautiful the pool is! They've also told me I've done a wonderful job with the landscaping since moving in. I really love it here. It's quiet.

Casey, that should fix itself as they fill / backfill simultaneously. The backfill ideally will be clean aggregate, so that water can easily flow to your sump location.
Yes mine was a little wavy now its nasa calibrated dead on b#[email protected] accurate!! The backfill and the pool filled with water will straighten it. Trust me, it will be straight!!

I didn’t realize a fiberglass pool could be manipulated like that. I just figured it is how it is - but that is alot of h20 weight so it makes sense. Hopefully it will straighten right out for u!
On another note - U gotta do a polar bear plunge !
You’ve been without a pool too long 😁🥶

Between the weight of the water and the stone they maneuver little areas to get it straight. Coping on top takes care of any minute variance, but they will get it snap line straight. Fiberglass is flexible so it handles ground freeze thaw movement and a bonus of insulating from the colder ground.
