After a glorious two week vacation. Spent a week in Boone, NC and had a great time - didn’t reali how much I missed going somewhere until i went somewhere!

Have been to Boone before. N Wilkesboro Speedway. Interesting area.

We went to the Grandfather Mountain Highland Games, and visited several friends that live in the area. Ate some good Southern cooking (I’m originally from NC, so bring on the collard greens and cornbread!)

cool, the small isolated storm looks like they do out here in the desert southwest in the summer.
