I have power to the timer but it won't run also the pump won't turn on with the manua

I have power to the timer but it won't run and the pump won't turn on with the manual switch

What has changed? When did it last work? It could be the contacts in the timer that need to be cleaned/filed. Be sure to secure power be for working on them.
