I am in Florida so there no snow, how can I get calcium hardness (ice melt) chemicals for cheaper than the pool store?

Everyone up north can load up on ice melt, right? It also needs to be a specific kind of ice melt so you don't get nasty chemicals in your pool.

Down here in Florida ice doesn't exist outside of a mixed drink melting in your hand down in Kokomo so it's not like I can just go to the local hardware shop and pick up a 50 pound bag of whatever.

Does anyone have any advice on doing this online and what I should be looking for? I just got back from the pool store since I needed some, cost is $36.99 for 25lbs. Can I beat that?

That’s about what I paid for a bag from Amazon at the start of the season. Delivered to my steps made it an even better deal.

Amazon to the rescue :)
