How to remove dust/pollen?

Is there a fool proof way to remove dust and pollen. It’s constant issue in the crevices at the bottom of my pool. I

Gotta say it - are you sure that’s what it is? Algae does the same, and when you try to vacuum it up, it poofs into a cloud.

A robot cleaner with pleated filters like the dolphin s200 get a lot of it up. During pollen season in GA by filters were yellow after a day.

I am not sure if it is algae or not but I have been slamming my pool for a week so how could algae survive that?

Some SLAMs take longer than others. What are your numbers?

And are you brushing daily during the slam?
Very important to break the protective bio film.
