I've updated my pool with the Pentair VSP. I'm wondering what is the right RPM for the solar panels. I read that one solar panel needs 3~4 GPM for the best heating efficiency, but how do I know under which RPM my pump can generate 40gpm given there are 10 solar heater panels?
Right now I'm setting the VSP to 2700rpm per pool guy's suggestion. I reduced it to 2400rpm and do not see any obvious change on the water fall. The pump power consumption dropped a lot though.
