Sort of....you don’t want to use a wheeled vacuum head that’s weighted or robot for 30 days because you don’t want to mar the plaster surface. But you can use a type of vacuum head that is used on vinyl liner pools (it has brushes instead of wheels). In reality, the plaster is almost fully hardened after a few days and so the chances of damaging the plaster are low. It’s more an issue of the vacuum head leaving marks on the surface.
Brushing each day with a nylon brush is most important and then limiting the vacuuming as much as possible is a good strategy.
