How do I deal with water in lines for winter ?

Moved in here this summer, so first winter for me with this pool.
I lowered water level 6'' below skimmer, covered with winter cover, only to realize I don't know what to do with my water lines.
There's still water in them, and I'm afraid they will burst when they freeze in winter.
I believe I have 1.5'' or 2'' line pool 50ft --->water heater 50ft ---> pool
 
Ideally you'll want to use a Cyclone blower to clear those lines. Compressors and ShopVac's don't always push the "volume" of air required. You can also post some pics of your pool and equipment pad so viewers can get a visual on what you have there.
