My pool is blue and crystal clear, but dead algae keeps falling out (opened last week) and wind borne dust and dirt keeps getting in. I've asked our son to take a pic after he vacs, but haven't got one yet.

Eh, I just scooped her out with my flip flop and put her in the grass. Outside of the pool area. There was a similar one earlier this week but she was stuck in the skimmer and got pulled under. Couldn't save that one. Spiders and worms love my pool. What can I say? Even they appreciate the awesomeness that is TFP.

But now once spiders and bugs cross the threshold of my house and try to live where I live, then all bets are off and it's killing time.

Went for a first of the season swim today (more like cold plunge at 68). Proud of it looking this good after dumping in some of the winter cover muck on opening 1.5 weeks ago (thanks to TFP!)

This pool is 67 years old and has been very well taken care of. All of the backyard structures were built by my father-in-law (who lived here for 47 years). 3rd generation of family living here now. I feel honored - what a special space!
