Hi all,

I'm in the process of purchasing a house with a pool that has cracks previously repaired (2012). Current owner has cracks repaired and provided receipt and also has pool leak tested two weeks ago and no leaks. Concern is some of the cracks are showing visible gaps and doesn't good even though no leaks. 2nd photo shows gaps. Opinions?

Thanks all. Just got a ballpark estimate and recommended staples, replaster and some tile replacement for $15k on the low side. Pool is roughly 700 square feet and 4' at the deepest, so not very big. No spa, water features, just simple. House itself has been maintained superbly with everything new but neglected the pool for some reason. House is 27 years old and contractor thinks plaster has never been redone since there's not much left. Rebar showing a little. Should be interesting to see what seller response is.
