Hi,
I just found a hole in my outlet pipe from the filter to the outlet.
My pipe is a black rubber pipe, i think its poly and it has a hole.

Should I:
1. use that flex spray to seal the hole?
2. use a Coupling Plastic Coil Fitting. This fits into the pipe and connect them. This would mean I would need to cut the pipe and insert this.
3. use Coupling PVC Fitting. This connects the pipes from the outside. This would also require cutting the pipes

What is the best option?

Post pics of your equipment and problem area.

Looks like black poly pipe.

Did it get poked by a stake or something?

Get some barbed to pvc pipe adapters and replumb.

I think my gardner made a hole while digging for my fence.
Can't barb to PVC as I do not have PVC there and I would need to dig up the pipe to replace.

Hey Anon !! Don't use that wrap please. It is BEGGING for trouble. And thats *if* it even helps in the first place. If you dont feel comfortable working with the plumbing (and there is no shame in it) please hire someone to make it a permanent fix. Whatever you may save now will snowball down the road.
