Hiya, new user, I have a squeaky pool thingy

Figured I'd say hey since I'm sure I'll be in here a lot. Bought a house with a pool last Friday. Got my first weird squeak today.

This thing:


Not sure what it does. It squirts out a tiny bit of water every 6 seconds or so, and makes a squeaking sound. Here's a video with sound
