Hi guys...
Im Danielle from Trinidad. A small island within the Caribbean.

Anyways... Last year I bought an above ground pool for my house. However, none of us had any clue how much maintenance was required. I guess we all remembered having a pool when we were younger and just figured it would be easy like that. Sooooo wrong. And well it seems that because I bought it, it's my responsibility to keep it clean. Since no one else seems bothered...

Hence me being here....

I welcome any advice and suggestions. And well although my knowledge has increased greatly over the last couple of months. I'm still not 100% on the chemicals. But that's why I'm doing research daily.

Welcome to TFP! We have LOTS of great info here to help. I would recommend starting with a couple things:
1. Review our ABCs of Pool Water Chemistry
2. Update your signature with all of your pool and equipment info. It will help later.
3. Tell us how you currently test the water
4. Tell us what chemicals you currently use for the water.
